Skills
What
I can do.
Grouped by way of working rather than by tool. Every line is something I have actually handled on the job — the tools come after, at the bottom of the page.

04
Structuring what already exists
Taking over a messy scope and giving it a sustainable shape — the common thread between HR, market watch and project governance.

05

- Marketing automation: automated scenarios triggered by customer behaviour
- Automated marketing pipelines with n8n: data collection, processing and reporting
